APPLICATIONS: Used for painting, covering scratches, and refreshing surfaces on cars, motorcycles, plastics, and metals.
PRODUCT FEATURES:

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
If the old paint surface is still in good condition, simply clean the surface thoroughly and spray 109A directly on top.
If you’re repainting the entire vehicle from scratch, the old paint layer must be removed.
Step 1: Sand the surface using P600-P800 sandpaper (sand off the old glossy layer and make the surface smooth). Step 2: Apply primer. You can use 2K04 primer or UCH210 primer.
2K04 Primer: Apply 2-3 thin layers, with 5-7 minutes between each layer. Let it dry for 1.5-2 hours. After drying, use P800-P1000 sandpaper to smooth the surface again, then clean and dry thoroughly.
UCH210 Primer: Apply 2-3 thin layers, with 3-5 minutes between each layer. Let it dry for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3: Apply 2-3 thin layers of 109A matte black paint, with 3-5 minutes between each layer (or longer depending on weather conditions). Step 4: Apply a matte clear coat if you want a higher level of matte.
Matte Clear 128A: Apply 3-4 thin layers, with 3-5 minutes between each layer. For the final layer, spray slowly and evenly to ensure the paint stretches and gives a smooth finish. Avoid spraying under direct sunlight.
Matte Clear 2K01A: Apply 3-4 thin layers, with 5-7 minutes between each layer. For the final layer, spray slowly and evenly to ensure the paint stretches and gives a smooth finish. Avoid spraying under direct sunlight.
Important Notes When Painting:
Allow at least 10 minutes between each layer (or longer depending on weather conditions).
Surface drying time: 15 minutes (wait at least 15 minutes after each final coat of a color before applying the next layer).
