The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your delivery location. Generally, standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, while express shipping may take 1 to 2 business days. For international orders, delivery can take 7 to 14 business days. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time and provide updates on your order status via email.

Order & Returns

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team via hotline or email as soon as possible. We will assist with canceling or changing the order if it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery or request a return or exchange after receiving the order, following our policies.

You do not need to create an account to place an order on Taphoanho.com. However, having an account allows you to easily track your orders, store shipping information, and receive special offers exclusive to members.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on our website or through the carrier's website. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Once your request is confirmed, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return.
