INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Preparation:
   • If the old paint is still in good condition, simply clean the existing surface thoroughly and apply Samurai 30/109 directly on top.
   • For a complete repaint, remove the old paint.
2. Sanding:
   • Use sandpaper P600-P800 to sand off the old glossy paint layer and achieve a smooth surface.
3. Primer:
   • 2K04 Primer: Apply 2-3 thin layers, with each layer spaced 5-7 minutes apart. Allow to dry for 1.5 to 2 hours. Once dry, sand with P800-P1000 sandpaper to ensure a smooth surface, then clean and let dry.
   • UCH210 Primer: Apply 2-3 thin layers, with each layer spaced 3-5 minutes apart. Dry for 20-30 minutes.
4. Painting:
   • Apply 2-3 thin coats of Samurai 30/109 black paint, with each coat spaced 3-5 minutes apart (or longer depending on weather conditions).
5. Clear Coat (Optional for enhanced gloss):
   • K1K Gloss / Gloss 128: Apply 3-4 thin layers, with each layer spaced 3-5 minutes apart (apply the final coat slowly and evenly to achieve a smooth, glossy finish). Avoid spraying in direct sunlight.
   • 2K01 Gloss: Apply 3-4 thin layers, with each layer spaced 5-7 minutes apart (apply the final coat slowly and evenly for a smooth, glossy finish). Avoid spraying in direct sunlight.

NOTE:

• Allow each coat to dry for at least 10 minutes (or longer depending on weather conditions).
• Surface dry time: 15 minutes (wait at least 15 minutes before applying the next color layer).
