The Samurai Y137 Silver Gray Spray Paint 400ml is a specialized silver-gray spray paint for cars and motorcycles. The product delivers a perfect glossy silver-gray finish, making your vehicle look brand new. Try spraying it to see the difference compared to other spray paint products.

APPLICATIONS: Painting, covering scratches, restoring vehicles, plastic, and metal surfaces.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Silver-gray color.
• A common color, often used for parts like hubs, forks, and engine covers, due to its resemblance to the original parts' color.
• Resistant to A92, A95 gasoline.
• Flexible paint layer that tolerates slight expansion, making it less prone to cracking compared to other paints on the market.
• Equipped with American spiral nozzle technology, allowing for easier spraying without dripping.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Shake the can well before use. Shake it horizontally to allow the ball inside to mix the paint evenly. Avoid shaking the can too vigorously or vertically, as it may affect the nozzle.
• If the existing paint surface is still in good condition, just clean it thoroughly and apply Y137 directly over it.
• If you're repainting the entire vehicle, you will need to remove the old paint layer.

Step 1: Sand the surface with P600-P800 sandpaper (remove the old glossy paint and smooth the surface).

Step 2: Apply a primer. You can use 2K04 primer or UCH210 primer.

• 2K04 Primer: Spray 2-3 thin layers, allowing 5-7 minutes between each coat. Let it dry for 1.5 – 2 hours. After the primer dries, sand it again with P800-P1000 sandpaper to achieve a smooth surface, then clean and let it dry.
• UCH210 Primer: Spray 2-3 thin layers, allowing 3-5 minutes between each coat. Let it dry for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3: Spray 2-3 thin layers of Y137 silver-gray paint, allowing 3-5 minutes between each coat (or longer depending on weather conditions).

Step 4: Apply a clear gloss coat for a higher gloss finish.

• K1K / 128 Gloss: Spray 3-4 thin layers, allowing 3-5 minutes between each coat (spray the final layer slowly and evenly for a smooth and glossy finish). Avoid spraying directly under the sun.
• 2K01 Gloss: Spray 3-4 thin layers, allowing 5-7 minutes between each coat (spray the final layer slowly and evenly for a smooth and glossy finish). Avoid spraying directly under the sun.

Notes for Painting:

Allow 10 minutes between each layer (or longer depending on weather conditions).

Surface drying time: 15 minutes (after the final layer of each color, wait at least 15 minutes before applying the next color).
