Samurai Spray Paint H111 Silver Light Metallic 400ml

The Samurai H111 light metallic silver spray paint is a specialized silver color spray designed for cars and motorcycles. This product provides a perfect silver color, making your vehicle look brand new. Try it to see the difference compared to other spray paints on the market.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Common base coat color is Silver 3/124
• Resistant to A92, A95 gasoline

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Shake the can thoroughly before use, shaking horizontally so that the ball inside mixes the paint properly. Avoid shaking too hard or vertically as it may affect the nozzle.
• If the existing base paint is still in good condition, simply clean the surface and spray the H111 on top.
• If repainting the entire vehicle from scratch, the old paint base must be removed.

Step 1: Sand with P600-P800 sandpaper (remove the old glossy layer and smoothen the surface).

Step 2: Apply primer. You can use 2K04 primer or UCH210 primer.

• 2K04 primer: Spray 2-3 thin coats, each layer 5-7 minutes apart. Let it dry for 1.5 to 2 hours. After drying, sand again with P800-P1000 sandpaper for a smooth surface, then clean and let dry.
• UCH210 primer: Spray 2-3 thin coats, each layer 3-5 minutes apart. Let it dry for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3: Spray 2-3 thin coats of bright silver 3/124, with 3-5 minutes between coats (or longer depending on weather conditions).

Step 4: Spray 2-3 thin coats of silver H111, with 3-5 minutes between coats (or longer depending on weather conditions).

Step 5: Apply a clear coat for extra gloss.

• K1K Clear Coat / 128 Clear Coat: Spray 3-4 thin layers, 3-5 minutes apart. The last layer should be sprayed slowly and evenly for a smooth, glossy finish. Avoid spraying directly under the sun.
• 2K01 Clear Coat: Spray 3-4 thin layers, 5-7 minutes apart. The last layer should be sprayed slowly and evenly for a smooth, glossy finish. Avoid spraying directly under the sun.

Notes while spraying:

• Wait 10 minutes between layers (or longer depending on weather conditions).
• Surface drying time: 15 minutes (after each final coat of color, wait at least 15 minutes before spraying the next color).
